On our first interview, we give you our confidentiality agreement, code of ethics, fee options & completed transactions. We offer a full range of professional services. Expertise involves authoritative assessment of value, preparation of a comprehensive & Confidential Business Review, design of transaction structure and negotiation of key terms that are important to you.

2. What Do You Get?
Access to our unique database of strategic and financial buyers within your marketplace. We give you a copy of their executed confidentiality agreement and financial qualifications. We are prepared, provide a plan and bring only interested and qualified buyers to the table. We operate very discreetly and under the radar screen so as not to break confidentiality.

3. Third Party Credibility
Most business owners spend far more time operating their business than buying or selling it. Sellers normally want a stock sale for tax reasons where buyers want an asset purchase. We bring a track record to the table that will maximize the value regarding price and terms to our clients.

4. Negotiation Relationships

Due diligence can be an emotional rollercoaster. The process may die a couple of times. We have experience in bringing the deal back to life and being the glue to get it to closing.

We work in harmony with our clients CPA and Attorney during the final process leading up to closing to ensure a deal is made. We have resources available for our clients when one party or another tries to become a deal breaker for various reasons after our client have made a business decision to move forward.
