Dock was born in North Alabama in 1942, educated at Florida State, Samford and Washburn Universities. As Corporate Officer of a Fortune 500 Company, Dock has spoke at several national conventions on Business Ethics and Integrity in the marketplace.
Dock brings over thirty-six years of experience from Corporate America. He has bought and sold several different private companies, consequently, he understands the needs and wants of entering and/or exiting companies.
Dock has personally completed over one hundred transactions and continues his primary role of dealmaker.
